Graduated from the Moscow Humanities and Economics University majoring in Psychology. She is a member of the Association of Practicing Psychologists in Odessa and the Odessa region. She participates in the annual seminars that are held by the practicing psychologists of the Counseling Center in Birmingham and by the teachers of the Alabama University (USA).

Elena provides individual and family counseling, children and teenagers counseling, renders help to parents in raising the children. She also works with couples planning to get married. She gives group training on the children growth development for the kids of 3-4 years old.
